oh man. today is such an enjoyable day! i love it! :DDD its been long since i do some exercise or run about? well, i really think when you're in poly, you really need to be more disciplined not just only in studying but also exercising! as you know, there's no pe or any sports section arranged for us; so that makes it even more impt to GO AND DO YOUR OWN EXERCISE! i really sweat it out today and both the captain ball and basketball is uber fun. thank God for my unit to organise this man. HAHA. so i played and run and played and run today. its so SHIOK la. :D after playing for ard 1hr, i have decided to take photos while playing! i also took some candid shots during lecture today. HAHA. seriously, my photo-taking skills need to improve. as in the angle, lighting and everything. but i still love photography. :D
